Our comfortable house is situated just on the peak of the skiing area "Sonnenalpe Nassfeld" next to the slope "Trögelpiste" which is closer than a stone´s throw by foot. What´s more you will be delighted to live at our house not only because of the significant view at the "Gartnerkofel" and the ski area but also because of the fact that you can give your car a rest for the entire stay. Enjoy your holiday right in the center of the skiing area at 1500m above mean sea level without queuing up and loosing valuable time at the Millenium Express down in the valley. So you can enjoy the empty slopes in the morning.
We are KIK Partner and so our guests get a price reduction for ski pass!
We have 7 apartments for 2 till 7 person, so perfect for families and friendly groups!

In close proximity is a climbing garden, the summer toboggan run, Aquatrail, farmed alpine huts, mountain bike trails, Motoradstrecken, Nordic Walking trails, various hiking trails and climbing opportunities! A golf course and the Presseggersee are within 20 minutes.
Due to its location at 1500 meters above sea level suitable for asthmatics and allergy sufferers!
