The inn is nestled in a high valley at 872m in the Pinzgau village of St.Martin bei Lofer, right next to the "Pinzgau Cathedral", the pilgrimage church of Maria Kirchental. From the centre of St. Martin, the inn is easily accessible via a 2 km long mountain road (winter closure) or via hiking trails (also in winter).
The large comfortable rooms offer every comfort to start your winter holiday well rested. Plan your winter holiday day with a tasty breakfast with regional and fresh products of the Salzburg Saalach Valley. Whether skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, snowshoe hiking or a relaxing horse-drawn carriage ride in the "Winterwonderland", you can choose from a variety of sporting activities. The free ski bus takes you from the centre of St. Martin to the surrounding ski areas and to the Almenwelt Lofer. Relax after an active day in the hotel's own infrared cabin. Round off your active day with Pinzgau and Austrian delicacies in the cosy atmosphere of the Gasthof.
With us you don't have to do without anything in winter either! Of course, due to the winter closure of the mountain road, we offer a free shuttle service to and from the car park down in the valley on the day of arrival and departure. This service is of course also available to you in the morning to the ski bus stop in St. Martin Gemeindeamt and in the afternoon from the Gemeindeamt back again.

In the restaurant we spoil you with "Pinzgauer Schmankerl" and traditional Austrian specialities! We attach great importance to regionality, which is why our dishes are made from predominantly local products.
Our daily specials offer plenty of variety, depending on the season and what is available on the market, and are only available in limited quantities (in "Pinzgauer": "Wenn's aus is, is aus").
