The Val Müstair offers ten different cross-country trails with a total of more than 30 kilometres for classic and skating. Eight of them are in the valley and two in Lü and in the Minschuns ski area. The difficulty levels range from easy to difficult. Particularly noteworthy is the Tour de Ski trail, which is located in Tschierv. For cross-country skiing in Val Müstair you need a cross-country skiing pass, which can be obtained at the guest information office in Tschierv and at the Furom cross-country skiing centre.
