Our kitchen is supplied with beef, pork and milk from local farmers! Fresh fish is supplied by the Hallstatt fishery. Our chef and his team refine the high quality products to unique delicacies.

•Small lunch buffet - not included on the day of arrival and departure, but can be booked in addition
