Welcome to "Alpine Hut Flattnitz"
The cosy alpine hut is built for 6-8 persons (building finished in November 2016), directly situated at the edge of a forest and beside a small stream. The so called village “Almhuettendorf Flattnitz” is located on 1.400m sea level, within 100m walking distance to the ski lifts.
The winter paradise Flattnitz is less than 100m away from the hut, ski lifts reach an altitude from 1.400 to 1840m. The highest peak for hiking and ski tours is 2.441m. Flattnitz offers unique winter fun for the whole family, for a couple or group of friends, with activities like skiing, cross-country skiing, ski tours, snowshoe trekking and tobboganing, all directly on the doorstep.
Furnishing of the mountain hut:
The hut with its 85m2 living area has 2 sleeping rooms with balcony, furnished with solid wood (Zirbe). The children’s room has two beds built out of spruce wood. In the 28m2 living area you find the kitchen with a bar, a farmhouse table, a soapstone stove, further a convertible sofa bed for another 2 persons. Beside this there is a possibility to set up a third bed.
The hut has 2 individual bathrooms with toilets, plus a 4m2 sauna, further an additional entrance room for the storage of skis or bicycles etc., a ski boot dryer, 25m2 sun terrace, satellite TV and unlimited WLAN.
The hut can be heated with electricity, in bathrooms additional with floor heating, in the best way for sure with wood with the soapstone stove with viewing window.

the prices include VAT. apply to the entire hut, regardless of the number of people.
The hut is suitable for 6 - 9 people, 3 double rooms plus a pull-out couch for 2 people and an extra bed.
If available, a travel cot and high chair can be provided on request.
Extra costs:
Final cleaning: EUR 80
Bed linen and towels if required one-time EUR 9 for the entire stay.
Local tax EUR 2.10 per adult per day.
Electricity according to consumption: 30 cents per kWh (meter billing).
Other operating costs and heating wood are covered by the rental price.
Pets only by prior arrangement, EUR 20 per animal and stay.
