In a beautiful location on the sunny side of Fieberbrunn you will find the two brandnew apartments "Leni". Fully equipped with everything that makes your holiday a pleasure. Each apartment provides plenty of space for four to six people.

Either to the lift station Fieberbrunn or the center it´s only a short walk. From the terraces or the balconies you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.

The Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn offers you 270 kilometers of perfectly groomed slopes and 70 modern lifts. Thanks to the legendary snow guarantee, you can ski here from December to April, and your ski pass also includes the Kaprun glacier ski area. The entrance to the ski circus can be easily reached from our house within a few minutes.

• Cross-country skiing in the World Cup region *

Cross-country skiing on over 200 kilometers of groomed trails for classic and skating techniques or winter hiking through the snow-covered winter landscape. The snowiest region of Tyrol indulges nature lovers and athletes alike! Becuase of the annual Biathlon World Cup in neighboring Hochfilzen and the cross-country Continental Cup in St. Ulrich am Pillersee, the region has built up a fantastic network of trails and service facilities for cross-country skiers. The entrance to the next trail is also just a few minutes away from our house.
